“No More Years (No Más Años) alude al apocalipsis y a lo futuro. Al fin de regímenes opresivos y constructos (por ejemplo la concepción del tiempo). Visiones del fin del mundo, pero también de otras vidas y otros mundos a venir. Lo
distópico no como una premonición sino como una parte material de la realidad. El apocalipsis como un género. No más contar, numerar, cronologizar tal como lo conocemos. Michelle dijo, ‘no, more years’ (!!!)”
La identidad gráfica para la exposición colectiva de proyectos de tesis de CCS Bard 2020 titulada No More Years está compuesta por letras de reloj digital sobre un diagrama de 3 ejes, un sistema frecuentemente utilizado para graficar valores y
estadísticas. La figura deformada del diagrama, la cual se asemeja a una grieta en un espacio de tres dimensiones, busca referirse a un sistema gráfico de representación en colapso. Con ello se busca aludir a un tema central en el texto
descriptivo de la exposición: el fin del tiempo como sistema que regula la vida.
"The Center for Curatorial Studies, Bard College presenta No More Years, trece exposiciones organizadas por la clase de 2020. Las exposiciones fueron
desarrolladas a lo largo de los pasados quince meses y presentan una variedad de intereses investigativos, métodos exhibitivos, y formatos expositivos. Mediante distintas perspectivas culturales y enfoques visuales, No More Years presenta
alternativas a proyecciones del inminente colapso ofrecidas por los medios. Las exposiciones presentas diversas manifestaciones temporales, técnicas y productivas, lo cual pone en escena la ambigüedad y distintos matices implícitos al hacer
exposiciones en un tiempo que abraza posiciones polarizantes.”

"No More Years alludes to apocalypse and futurity, to ends of oppressive regimes and constructs (i.e.oppressiveness of the construct of time). Visions for the end of the world, but also of after lives and other worlds to come. Dystopia
not as a premonition but a material reality. Apocalypse as genre type. No more counting, numbering, chronologizing as we know it. Michelle said, 'no, more years´ (!!!)"
The graphic identity proposal for the CCS Bard 2020 Thesis
exhibition No More Years is made up of digital clock-like letters set on a 3 axis diagram, such as those used to chart spatial 3 dimensions and statistics. The way in which the letters are set on the axes of the deformed diagram, which
seems as a warping crack, aims to represent the collapse of a time chart or graph, and thus aims to reference the end of time as a system that regulates life as we know it, an idea raised in the exhibitions introductory statement.

Center for Curatorial Studies, Bard College presents No More Years, thirteen exhibitions organized by the graduate class of 2020. The exhibitions were developed over the past fifteen months and present an array of research interests, display
methods, and exhibition formats. No More Years offers alternatives to current media projections of imminent collapse through a range of focused visual and cultural insights. The exhibitions present diverse accounts of temporality, technique,
and production, showcasing the ambiguity and nuance possible in exhibition-making in a climate that embraces polarizing positions."
